    • We currently ship physical products within Lagos, Nigeria, and select locations nationwide. For international deliveries, please contact us directly for special arrangements.
  3. Shipping Fees:
    • Shipping fees vary based on the location and weight of the product. Fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated via email before dispatch.
  4. Delivery Time:
    • Delivery time for physical products within Lagos is typically 3-5 business days. For other locations within Nigeria, delivery times may range from 5-10 business days, depending on logistics and distance.
  5. Tracking Your Order:
    • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email for physical products.
  6. Issues with Delivery:
    • If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. We will investigate and update you promptly.

Refund
Policy

We at ZBM are committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions. However, if you’re unsatisfied with a product or service, our refund policy ensures that you are taken care of.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Digital Products: Refunds for digital products, such as software, may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once the product has been accessed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
    • Physical Products: If there is a defect or issue with the physical product, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Conditions for Refund:
    • Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in its original condition (for physical products) or if no usage has occurred (for digital products).
    • For subscription-based services, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis depending on the usage of the service.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  4. Exemptions:
    • Customized solutions and services are non-refundable once development has started unless otherwise specified in the contract.
    • Any fees related to integrations with third-party services are non-refundable.
